Last week I attended a Green House training event in Roseville, CA. The trainers included Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Executive Vice President Keith Robinson, Director of Marketing Cathy Harrington and Manager of Online Leads Josh Ferris.
The event was part of a training series called “Seeds of Greatness”. The presentation was well put together, concise and easily understood.
Keith started off by stressing how important it is to not just attend these events, but immediately implement what you learn while it is still fresh in your mind. In fact, he made us take an oath to implement what we learn as soon as we got back to our offices.
Cathy gave us a sneak preview of some of the up-coming tools that will soon be available on WebTop, such as QR codes and property specific websites. We also got a preview of the upcoming Life Style Search on BHGRealEstate.com. The Life Style Search is designed to help a buyer find a property near their specific interest, whether it be a golfing, fishing, hiking, flying etc.
Josh gave instruction on how to successfully navigate through the Green House. Two of his main topics were the Digital Marketing Center and Pin Point. Josh is an incredible instructor. I have participated in several of his Blog Webinars and would highly recommend attending one.
If you are considering selling your Lake Tahoe home, give me a call to see how these tools can get your home sold.
If you are a Better Homes and Gardens Agent that attended this event, please leave your comments.
