Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I am thrilled to have recently joined Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty. I joined Sierra Sotheby’s for their ability to create significant exposure through a global network of agents in like-markets and through exclusive partnerships with the world’s most high traffic and noteworthy media and real estate focused websites. This exposure represents an astounding 60 million property views annually, bringing the world to the front door of the people and properties I represent. It’s an honor for me to align myself and my clients with a brand that is so well respected and widely recognized worldwide.
If you’re thinking of buying or selling a home in Truckee or Lake Tahoe or just want to explore the market, I would love to hear from you.

The Baby Boomer Generation and Property Purchases
According to the California Association of Realtors, the Baby Boomers generation are staying longer in their homes. C.A.R. has posted some figures regarding the Baby Boomers in the flyer below. I think the ability to be able to work remotely has something to do with it also. I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Below are some interesting figures provided by The California Association of Realtors.
I look forward to hearing from you!
