Directions: SR 89 to Granlibakken Road, take it to the end
Free Places:
Bring your own sleds
West Shore – ½ mile South of Tahoe City on the east side of Rte. 89, look for parked cars and a small clearing. Hill is small and perfect for young children.
Mt. Rose Hwy – about 8 miles north of Incline Village on Rte. 431, look for a few clearings on the west side of the road. Hills vary in steepness.
